Google Pixel 6a user manual, Google released the new smartphone Pixel 6A at the I/O 2022 event on Wednesday (11/5/2022). Check out some leaked specifications and price updates for the Google Pixel 6A.
The smartphone follows the Google Pixel 5a which was launched last year and is equipped with the company’s proprietary Tensor chipset. The design of the Pixel 6A series is made similar to its predecessor, the Pixel 6.

The Pixel 6A uses a recycled aluminum frame with a 6.1-inch full screen, standard 60 Hz refresh rate and 20:9 aspect ratio. The new device also includes Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection on the top.
The Pixel 6A is powered by Google’s Tensor chipset which also powers the more premium Pixel 6, paired with up to 6GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage.
The 6A series is backed by a 4410 mAh battery with claims that the smartphone offers more than 24 hours of battery life and 72 hours of extreme battery life.
Wired charging is limited to 18W, with Google claiming “a few minutes” of charging will give users “hours of power.” Key features announced include IP67 water and dust resistance.
The Pixel 6A facilitates connectivity including stereo speakers, two microphones, an under-display fingerprint sensor, and noise cancellation.
Google also offers security updates of at least 5 years, anti-phishing and anti-malware protection, end-to-end encryption of Android messages, and encryption of Android backups.
On the back panel, the Pixel 6A includes a dual camera setup with a 12.2 MP main sensor and a 12 MP ultrawide lens.
The rear camera offers capabilities, such as recording 4K video at 30 fps, and 4K timelapse with stabilization. On the front, Google includes an 8 MP sensor inside the punch hole display.
In all three cameras, the Tensor chip helps enable key software-based camera features.
These include Magic Eraser (to remove unwanted objects or change their color), Face Unblur, and Real Tone. There’s also Night Sight for low-light shots.
The Google Pixel 6A comes in one variant with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage.

This device is wrapped in three color options, namely Sage, Chalk, and Charcoal.
The Pixel 6A will be available on pre-order starting July 21, 2022 on the Google Store. Potential buyers can also get this device directly in offline stores starting July 28, 2022.
